I have not fully recovered, but I’m still young, and I have been determined that I am in the process of getting better. The earth never stops spinning due to my pain, and the people around me are also in the proper management of their own lives. Assume our lives like roam the earth, we must cherish the present moment. I know that there are many times when we quarrel with friends, lovers, and parents because of emotional problems. We accuse each other of not being empathetic, and they complain that we can not think perspective.
But if tomorrow is the end of the world, and Noah’s ark doesn’t set sail at all, maybe you are the one who got killed in Thanos’s snap. If we put everything into a bigger picture, wouldn’t we care less about the little things and even more about the time we spend with each other?
I have a lot of tips on how to deal with feelings when they come up, including name your emotions. You can call them anything you like and remember your feelings won’t last forever. Writing down how you are feeling right now, and the power of words is beyond your estimate. And also, you can try opposite action, I know that when the mood comes, you just like a chrysalis which was trapped in your bed, but please get up from your bed and ask your friends whether they want to go for a walk or you can just take your camera to record the beautiful parks. If it rains, you can choose some warm healing movie and also watch some funny tv shows to make sure you won’t be trapped in the emotion again.
Make sure you are walking straight to the end of your life but not stop now. I believe there must be more beautiful scenery along the way in your life.
